Your Vinaphone eSIM provides data only but you can make calls and text via WhatsApp, Skype, Messengers, etc. using mobile data from the eSIM.

Do I need a passport to buy the Vinaphone eSIM?
It is not necessary to show your passport when buying eSIMs at vietnamesim.com.

Your data plan will start as soon as you install it on your phone. It is recommended for you to scan and activate your eSIM right before your departure date so you will be connected after landing.
When you install your eSIM, the number of the days will start to count down. If you are not in the country that the eSIM covers, you cannot access the data and will not lose any data in the plan.

Install the evening before departure or on arrival in Vietnam with free Wi-Fi.

You can buy this eSIM before your departure or when you are in Vietnam. As the eSIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase, you should not buy too early.

It will be reset at 23:59 in a natural day, Vietnam time (GMT+7).

Install the eSIM with the QR code sent to your email. In the mobile settings, select it as the default mobile data, turn on data roaming and mobile data. Then, your eSIM will work. Read more in our eSIM installation guide.

Yes, Vinaphone eSIM plans include hotspot feature for sharing data with other devices.

After you place your order, we will send an email with your eSIM information, including QR code, confirmation code and activation guide within 3-10 minutes. Just scan the QR code and follow the user guide.

Our eSIM Vinaphone is a one-time-use eSIM. After being activated, it will be ready for you to use until the expired date or when daily data runs out. If you remove eSIM from your phone, you will not be able to use it once again.
