Excellent coverage, easy to install (but remember to do the text step), great value. Even got a refund for the phone in our group which couldn’t accept e-SIMs. Watch for that - ours was an iPhone 8+. Much easier than fiddling with a hard SIM. Highly recommend.

Great service! When I upgraded to the iPhone 13 a couple years ago, I was worried about not having service when I traveled to Vietnam.I did a lot of research about eSIM and shopped around for different offers and I stumbled upon Gigago as an eSIM provider that I could purchase before arriving in Vietnam.3 trips and 3 purchases later I can confidently recommend everyone to use Gigago before they set off on their journey to Vietnam. The prices are very reasonable (read: CHEAP) and the service is rock solid. I hope I can find equally exceptional services when I travel to other countries in the future.- - - -Activation is a little difficult for iPhones, but I cannot blame it on the service. It's ridiculous that you need to scan the QR code off another device, or a different sheet of paper, but it's definitely Apple's fault here.

Cheapest I found which suited length of time and data required.Easy online purchase immediate response with eSIM and easy to follow instructions. Hassle free experience, and data connection has been great. The internet connection in my hotel had been intermittent in VN and I had to buy a data plan to attend some virtual meetings. I bought an e-sim from Gigago and in just around 5 mins, I have my data plan ready. Highly recommended!

I got the eSIM for Vietnam. So affordable. Very easy to install and start using. So helpful and worked everywhere. Really helpful for work as well. There were times that the Wi-Fi in the hotel didn’t work and I was able to use my phone with the eSIM for zoom meetings.

There are certain reasons to make you not connect to the internet, including:

  1. You have not select the eSIM for mobile data. In this case, please go to your settings, and select esim for mobile data.
  2. You have not turn the esim data roaming on. In this case, please turn on the data roaming.
  3. Your data has been used up.
  4. Your phone does not accept the network automatically. In this case, please set up your phone APNs as follows:
    • For iOS devices: Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile data > your eSIM > Cellular Data Network, and then enter all APNs as m9-itelecom.
    • For Samsung Phones: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Name > Tab Add on top bar > Name it > APN as m9-itelecom
    • For Google Pixel Phones: Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > select your eSIM > Access Point Names > Tab + on top bar > Name it > APN as m9-itelecom
