Excellent coverage, easy to install (but remember to do the text step), great value. Even got a refund for the phone in our group which couldn’t accept e-SIMs. Watch for that - ours was an iPhone 8+. Much easier than fiddling with a hard SIM. Highly recommend.

Great service! When I upgraded to the iPhone 13 a couple years ago, I was worried about not having service when I traveled to Vietnam.I did a lot of research about eSIM and shopped around for different offers and I stumbled upon Gigago as an eSIM provider that I could purchase before arriving in Vietnam.3 trips and 3 purchases later I can confidently recommend everyone to use Gigago before they set off on their journey to Vietnam. The prices are very reasonable (read: CHEAP) and the service is rock solid. I hope I can find equally exceptional services when I travel to other countries in the future.- - - -Activation is a little difficult for iPhones, but I cannot blame it on the service. It's ridiculous that you need to scan the QR code off another device, or a different sheet of paper, but it's definitely Apple's fault here.

Cheapest I found which suited length of time and data required.Easy online purchase immediate response with eSIM and easy to follow instructions. Hassle free experience, and data connection has been great. The internet connection in my hotel had been intermittent in VN and I had to buy a data plan to attend some virtual meetings. I bought an e-sim from Gigago and in just around 5 mins, I have my data plan ready. Highly recommended!

I got the eSIM for Vietnam. So affordable. Very easy to install and start using. So helpful and worked everywhere. Really helpful for work as well. There were times that the Wi-Fi in the hotel didn’t work and I was able to use my phone with the eSIM for zoom meetings.

So, your network will be guaranteed throughout Vietnam, not matter it is in an open or closed space. 

No. Our Vietnam eSIM works in Vietnam only, you cannot use it in any other territories outside Vietnam.

Yes. For your convenience, you are recommended to do so. You should also install the eSIM on your device before departure as its installation requires your phone’s wifi connection.

 

Yes. Incoming calls and SMS are free, and you can top up to make outgoing calls or send SMS. You can also use WhatsApp or Skype through the use of your data plan.

Please be informed that the eSIM QR code can be scanned and installed once only. In case you have any issue adding it to your phone or using its data, please DO NOT REMOVE/DELETE it but contact us for support.

You data plan starts at the moment you successfully text KH GIGAGO to activate the plan, not from the moment you activate your eSIM by scanning the QR code on your phone. 

As such, you can buy it and get it ready on your phone before departure, and get connected right after landing in Vietnam.

No. At the moment, our eSIM does not come with top-up option.
